Too Cute to Spook!
This is the first full school year for my Spice at her new school for children with autism and related disabilities (Completely non-cake related, I have to say how much I love this school and all that they have done for my family). They sent home a flyer asking all the parents to send in a covered dish for the Halloween potluck party. Of course, my "covered dish" were dozens of cupcakes! Halloween Funfetti cake, bright orange, green, and purple buttercream frosting, and icing decorations on top! Happy Halloween!

Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee
Did you hear the buzz? My best friend is a Mama-to-Bee and I got to throw her an adorable bee themed baby "sprinkle" (it's her second baby girl, so it was smaller scale than a "shower"). The little bumblebee cake was so cute (from a cake pan I got on clearance for $4--hooray!). And I just loved making the tiny fondant bumblebees. Itty bitty wings and a happy smile on each one!

Fabulous 4-0
My big sister celebrated her milestone 40th birthday this weekend. What kind of little sister would I be if I didn't bring something to completely ruin her dieting plan? Triple chocolate fudge cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream frosting. Happy Birthday Tracie!
