Because Sugar and Spice specializes in cakes customized to your specific request, orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. I am a stay at home mom working out of my kitchen, not a large bakery. That means my icing and fondant are both homemade, and my cakes are always baked fresh for your special day.
