My name is Becca, and I am a stay at home mommy to my two beautiful girls. My Sugar is 3 years old and my Spice is 8 years old. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for almost 10 years. We live in a little house in a little town, but we are full of big dreams for our family!
The first cake I did was for my Spice's second birthday. A Sesame Street sheet cake--I cringe when I look at the picture! But I was pretty thrilled with the Cookie Monster smash cake, and when she got nose to nose with Cookie Monster and cracked up laughing, my heart melted! After doing cakes for my Spice's birthdays for a few years, my best friend and I decided to take cake decorating classes just for fun. Two years later, a dozen lessons, and too many kitchen messes to count, here I am! What I love most about decorating cakes is that each one I do is unique to the person ordering it... I think I am just as excited about seeing the finished product as they are. =)
